I joined FAT 2 LEAN in May of 1998. I wasnít serious about the exercise program. It was all fun; as time went on I realized; I was exercising, but not losing weight.† January 1999 I got serious and set some real goals.† I began by looking at myself; I then weighed myself† (202 pounds).† Now Iím ready for the challenge.
Steps 1.† I set a realistic goal (30 Ė 40 pounds)
2. I committed to an exercise program
3. I changed my eating habits (low fat alternatives, diets donít work)
